LOYALTY PROGRAM

To participate in the loyalty program, you should register on our online booking module.

After that you will receive a 5% discount and BASIC status, allowing you to see all the information of future bookings in your personal account.

LEVELS OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM:

BASIC CARD - the first level of our loyalty program. With this card you get up to 5% discount on accommodation.

CLASSIC CARD - issued when you have stayed at our hotel and spent 100,000 rubles during 1 year period.

This card provides a 10% discount on the best price of the day.

PREMIUM CARD - issued when you have stayed at our hotel and spent 300,000 rubles during 1 year period.

This card provides a 15% discount on the best price of the day.

Free late check-out until 02:00 PM or early check-in from 12:00 PM (depends on room availability).

ELITE CARD - issued when you have stayed at our hotel and spent 500,000 rubles during 1 year period.

This card provides a 20% discount on the best price of the day.

A welcome amenity from the hotel will be provided upon arrival.

Free late check-out until 05:00 PM or early check-in from 08:00 AM (depends on room availability).

Additional information:

• Club cards with 15% and 20% discounts cannot be transferred to third parties.
• Guests accompanying Elite card holders recieve a 10% discount.
• The discount cannot be combined with other promotions and promo codes.
• The discount does not apply to banquet bookings, room service, mini-bar, laundry services.
• In case of loosing the club card, please contact the registration desk or the sales department.
