From January 1, 2025, a tourist tax is in force in St. Petersburg. The Tax Code is supplemented by Chapter 33.1 - Federal Law of July 12, 2024 N 176-FZ. Tourist tax is collected from the accommodation facilities and is included in the price of hotel guests. The tax rate for 2025 is established by the Law of St. Petersburg dated November 29, 2024 No. 738-158.
